The Burley Coho® Thru Axle is the key to connecting your bike to the Coho XC® cargo trailer, built specifically for modern bikes with 12mm rear thru axles. Each axle is precision-machined to ensure perfect alignment and secure trailer connection, so you can explore confidently whether you’re hauling gear for a gravel overnighter or a full bikepacking expedition.

Both versions include spacers and installation hardware for a solid, vibration-free fit. If your bike has a 12mm thru axle, you’ll need one of these adapters to connect to the Coho XC—standard rear axles won’t work with the hitching system.
