At Dismount Bike Shop, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety reasons, bicycles and helmets must be in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in brand-new, sellable condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the gear to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
